It seems like we just posted some notes about getting your toys out for the summer and now it’s over. The kids are back in school, we’re seeing color in the leaves, and the weather is turning steadily cooler.

All this means that it’s time to get ready for winter – putting your boat, or motorcycle or collectible car into storage and making sure your home is ready for cold weather.

It’s also a great time to review your insurance.  Putting a motorcycle into storage? This is the right time to look at seasonal coverage and save some money. Did you make some home improvements this summer?  They could save you money on your insurance, too. Just sent your daughter off to college? If so, you might see some substantial savings.

So don’t just think of this time of year as a prelude to winter, think of it as an opportunity for savings, too!

When he decided to go into business for himself, insurance seemed like the perfect venue. Help people with something most knew very little about, get the right product for the right price. Everyone has to have it in or form or another, so all you have to do to be successful is be honest, keep your promises, and offer people what they want. Someone to talk to about insurance that will give them choices and straight talk.
