For those of us that live in Minnesota or Wisconsin, we know all too well about frozen pipes in the winter. It has either happened to us, or we know someone that has gone through it. With the sub-zero temperatures we are experiencing now, frozen pipes are a common occurrence unless you take some preventative steps. An ounce of prevention could save you a claim on your homeowner’s policy and an increase in premium.
